There’s no fixed time of arrival because we give every home the attention it deserves and requires. We ensure the convenience of clients, so our services are not disruptive.

3. Does someone need to be present at the space for you to clean?

Often, clients are present for the first cleaning or provide us with a key. For safety, only the cleaners will have access to your space if you choose to leave a key.

4. What if I’m required to reschedule a service?

We understand how unpredictable life can be. In case of canceling or rescheduling a cleaning, we suggest that you call a day before and inform us. We always do our best to accommodate all of your scheduling requirements.

You can make payments on the day of your scheduled service. Most of our clients leave cash or a check, but we also accept credit card payments.
